Our friends over at Beer Run are partnering with the Clifton Inn to throw this special event. The brewmasters from Devil’s Backbone, Blue Mountain, and Starr Hill will all be onhand to pour the beers that will go with the Clifton Inn’s world-renown food. Two beers each with the food served family-style.
$55 per person, $100 per couple

A friend of mine turned me on to this sweet little piece of gadgetry, the Sabco Brew-Magic. It’s a way for a small-scale brewing operation or the hyper-advanced homebrewer to create consistent, repeatable batches of beer time and time again.
Sam Calagione, of Dogfish Head fame raves about this brewing system.
